This coming week my goal is to remember to wear my pedometer and to record my acts of kindness. Gotta get some sparring and shoulder rolls done too.
Oh and Mrs Csillag, sorry I missed you at the dog park today....next week, Spruce Doggy Park (east side of town), Sunday at 2pm?
Today I consumed: a bran muffin, some crackers, 2 pieces of peanut butter and honey toast, a popsicle, some chinese food, 3 cups of coffee, a cup of earl grey tea and 5 glasses of water
