Sorry I didn't post yesterday. Our computer bit the dust last night so I couldn't journal. Got a new one today so I'm back on track.

Yesterday I consumed: a bagel with cream cheese, a veggie sandwich with some pinapple and apple and grapes, leftover chinese food, an english toffee coffee from tims, 2 coffees, 3 glasses of water and 1 beer

Today I consumed: a bran muffin, an orange, half a banana, a ham and cheese sandwich, a cheeseburger (not a fast food one though) and some leftover chinese, 4 glasses of water and a pot of coffee
