Daylights savings time Bah!

Really tired from the time change. You wouldn't think one hour would make that much of a difference. Julia's tired too. Gonna take a couple of weeks to get back into the swing of things (internal clock-wise) I think.

Today I consumed: a bran muffin, a ham and cheese sandwich, two oranges, a banana, a bowl of chicken noodle soup from tims with a buttered bagel and a bun, some pasta with shrimp and veggies, 4 cups of coffee, four glasses of water and a beer with dinner

I've been super tired for the last couple of days as well, hopefully it will straighten our soon. Running around with the kids for 45 min. tonight certainly helped. How about a little sparring on Sat.? I can only stay until 1pm due to work but we could spar a bit if you want.:)
