So I finished my 1000 pushups and sit-ups. My shoulder isn't even that bad. I can feel the muscles tightening up a little though. Nice feeling though and good for my numbers. I'll need to do 1000 kicks sometime soon too.
Good day. Got some more done on my hand form too. It's starting to come along. Some parts feel really good, some I'm still working the kinks out of. Making progress though.
Looking forward to a nice family dinner tomorrow for Easter. Should be nice. Going to Easter church too....he is risen, he is risen indeed! Happy Easter everyone!
Today I consumed: half a pastry, bacon and eggs with toast and potato wedges, a cheese and tomato sandwich, a banana, some pasta with veggies, 3 cups of coffee and 6 glasses of water
