Week 1 down

So, the first week of the I Ho Chuan year of the snake has past. Time to take stock.

I really need to get on a couple of these...mainly my form reps, sparring and shoulder rolls. I need to get some sparring rounds in somehow! My pushups, situps and kicks are on track though.
I'll have to try harder this week to get everything completed.

Today I consumed: half a bran muffin, a bacon and eggs breakfast complete with toast and hashbrowns, a glass of orange juice, 3 cups of coffee, 1 english toffee coffee and a 12 grain bagel with cream cheese from tims, a pack of ritz snack crackers, a couple of olives,  4 glasses of water and I'm going to have a beer and something for supper before I go to bed.....

Man I kind of feel like a criminal writing that I'm going to have a pint...

let's make a deal, I'll sparr with you on Saturday's cause I love to sparr and you can teach me the broad sword?
