Last night I had a nightmare that I watched a t.v. show and didn't realized I'd watched it until it was over. I woke up feeling stressed and it took me a few minutes to realize that I had not actually broken my t.v.-free-stint. I'm finding this no t.v-thing to be hard, especially after a long day. I just want to sit down and watch a show.
Strangely enough blogging has been helping me out with the no-t.v. thing. Having to come up with an entry every night has given me a task to fill the void. Once I'm done I usually just want to go to bed.
We are taking the step of cancelling cable so I actually won't be able to watch anything next month. That will help. Right now it's a big temptation, especially when you can hear it in the next room but can't watch....
Oh the struggle!
Today I consumed: 2 bran muffins, 1 bananna, some pasta casarole and 2 whole wheat buns, one chocolate, half a chicken quesadilla and some fries with sour cream, some ritz snack crackers a half pot of coffee and 4 glasses of water. I need to drink more water if I'm every going to make my goal!

Here is what I read, you should only drink the amount of water that your body size requires, so if you weigh 120 lbs, you should drink 60 oz of water each day. And try not to drink 3 to 4 hours before you go to bed so that your organs can rest while you sleep. I used to drink 3 times the amount of water my body needed and I recently switched and I feel a lot better.
