Dragon dance practice was awesome today.
We are going to have some sweet tricks this year.
Basic numbers: 202 crunches, 204 pushups, 208 kicks, 4 reps tai chi, 4 reps broadsword
Acts of kindness: gave the cat and dog treats, made pancakes for Mike and Julia, dropped a friend off
Today I consumed: 2 pancakes with butter and syrup, an apple, banana, blueberries, chia seeds and whey powder (a smoothy) and a cheese burger with a few fries and coleslaw (swiss chalet). I drank a half a cup of coffee and 9 glasses of water.

I liked the new ideas. It was great to interact this way with the rest of the team. Watching the video, what caught my eyes was the nice shirts they had. We should get some nice shirts for the dragon dance. Maybe different colors for the 2 teams.
