work in progress

Trying to work on my roundhouses....I'm trying to get them high so I can kick people in the head...or at least higher than their thigh:) Being small, I need to kick higher.
Work in progress.

Basic numbers: 102 situps, 104 pushups, 102 roundhouses, 1 rep broadsword right, 2 left, 3 reps tai chi part 4, 1 dog walk, some stretching and a lot of school work

Acts of kindness: gave the dog and cat a treat, made Mike lunch and coffee, helped a coworker, took the dog for a walk

Today I consumed: a bagel with cream cheese, half a doughnut, some instant noodles, some leftover spaghetti with meat sauce, 2 pieces of bread and 2 chocolates. I drank 2 coffees:( a tea and 8 glasses of water.
