Awesome challenge

So in the beginner class every week for the last while we have been doing a weekly challenge. A different student decides the challenge each week. This week was Mr. MacDonald's turn. He actually typed out a t.v. commercial challenge for us. Really cool.
Here's what he wrote:

The TV Commercial workout
I'm sure we've all heard that sleeping burns more calories than sitting on the couch watching TV does - but does that mean that we can't watch TV ever? Nope! Time for the TV Commercial Workout!

For Every:                                                           DO:

Car commercial                                                   Jog in place until the commercial ends

Fashion/shopping commercial                             30 crunches

Food/restaurant commercial                                 30 jumping jacks

Jewelry commercial                                              20 squats/lunges

Travel commercial                                               Plank for entirety

Health/beauty commercial                                    20 hip raises

Movie trailer                                                         30 Russian twists

Commercial for TV show                                     40 high knees

PSA                                                                       10 leg lifts on each side

Fitness commercial                                                Exercise of choice!

Miscellaneous                                                        Water break:)

Today I consumed: a bran muffin, a bowl of cereal, a couple of blueberries, a chocolate bar, 2 pieces of peanut butter and honey toast, some chicken breast with sweet potatoes and peas, 4 glasses of water, 2 cups of coffee and a cup of earl grey tea.
