Early rising

This week was awesome rep-wise. Every day this week I managed to get all my form reps done before Julia got up. Doing tai-chi as the sun rises is kinda cool. I've also been able to hear the morning birdsongs too which is so nice. It's been really nice actually. A very calming way to start the day. I also don't feel so frantic about all the stuff I have to get done and I've been able to go to bed early.
Sifu Brinker was right....as usual. This morning stuff is the way to go.

Today I consumed: 2 oranges, 2 pieces of peanut butter and jam toast, some instant noodles with toast and 2 helpings of cassarole. I drank 3 cups of tea, 4 glasses of water and 1 beer.
